Launch Day

I self-published my first book today.

Here's to many more (and to continued self-improvement). It's a tired cliché, but don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something! I'm going to keep working to become a better writer and to write better stories going forward. Imposter syndrome is real, but it can be overcome. Or managed, anyway. I’m still a bundle of anxiety!

2020 hasn't been an easy year—by any measure—but I'm always going to remember it as the year I finally worked up the nerve and motivation to take my writing journey one step forward. I'll also probably remember it as the year that toilet paper became a scarce, valued commodity. It's still 2020.
